The Moxa Co. sells electric moxibustion comfort and wellness devices online. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean The Moxa Co. References to "you" mean the customer.

Placing an order

When you place an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud or if a product is out of stock. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.

All prices are shown in the currency of your region at checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price shown at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay.

Shipping and delivery

Products

We make every effort to accurately display our products. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in the physical product do not constitute a defect.

Our devices are electrically heated, not electrically stimulating — there is no electrical current, shock, or pulse delivered to the body.

Returns and refunds

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Moxa Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order. Our products are comfort and wellness items. They are not medical devices.
