When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full credit card number.

Why we collect it

We collect your information to process and ship your order, send you order confirmation and tracking updates, respond to your questions, and improve our store experience. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.

To fulfil your order we share your shipping address and name with our fulfilment supplier so your order can be packed and shipped directly to you. We use Shopify to run our store. We may use email marketing tools to send you updates. We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools which may use cookies to show you relevant ads. All third parties we work with are required to protect your data under their own privacy policies.
